Blogmas day 14: The top 5 most beautiful Christmas trees in the world

Hi and welcome to Blogmas day 14! Today I’m going to be sharing the top 5 most beautiful Christmas trees in the world! I don’t know about you but I love beautiful trees and I wanted to do some research to find the 5 most stunning! I really hope you like this post! They are truly magical!

The first tree is of course the stunning Rockefeller plaza in New York, USA! This world famous tree attracts millions of tourists over the Christmas period and it isn’t hard to see why! It is truly stunning and so majestic towering above the ice-rink! A tree has been placed there each year since 1933, and is usually a traditional Norway Spruce. These amazing lights are switched on each year at an official ceremony, usually accompanied by a live concert.

The second tree is in London’s Trafalgar Square. Christmas is always viewed as a time for thanks and remembrance which has led to this beautiful Christmas tree. The tree has been an annual gift from Norway since 1947, to thank England for their help during WW2. Most trees selected for London are more than 60 years old, meaning that until recent years, the trees were actually growing during the war.

The third tree is so beautiful! I can’t stop looking at its stunning craftsmanship! It is the Paper Christmas tree, Galeries Lafayette, Paris! It is found in the biggest department store in Paris and build by artist Lorenzo Papace. The tree is made entirely of recycled paper and there are polar bear and their cubs models making it an adorable display! There is also a downloadable free app so they can watch the store magically transform into a swirl of snow and paper animals.

The fourth tree is the worlds most illuminated Christmas tree in Osaka, Japan! With 550,000 lights, it holds the world record for the most artificial lights on a Christmas tree! It is ribbons, sparkle and glamour all wrapped up in one beautiful Christmas tree!

The fifth and final tree has to be my favourite of all of them! It is situated in Brazil and floats on a barge in the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon. It is called the floating Christmas tree and is found in Rio De Janeiro! This Christmas tree made its first appearance in 2014 on a background of a dazzling show of fireworks. It is 279-foot high and has 3.3 million micro light bulbs!

I love this post! So many gorgeous trees! My favourite is the one in Rio de Janeiro. It’s beautiful!
P.S. I hope I don’t come across as weird but you don’t have to put the guest blog, writing and brand info under your post. You can make a separate “Work with me” menu for that and then mention it at the end of your post with a link to direct people there. It looks cluttered this way. I hope that helps! ❤
