BLOGTOBER DAY 13: Leeds Castle

This is the first of two blogtober posts I’ll be writing on Leeds Castle. The second post will be about the Christmas market and why you should go so stay tuned. This post will mainly be a photography blog however I will summarise what is there for your information.

The first thing to do is taking pictures of the castle, come rain or shine it is a beautiful destination, especially with the lake in the foreground. Things you can do include:

  • Looking round the castle interior
  • Watch the falconry display, a brilliant opportunity to get photography of the wildlife
  • Snap pictures of the daffodils if you visit in Spring
  • Take a boat ride over the lake

This is just a taster post, more is to come when I write my Christmas special so make sure to follow my blog for updates! But for now enjoy the post and photography and happy travelling! Hope you have a great rest of your Saturday!

All photos are taken on a phone camera using angles and different lighting, if you would be interested in an email PDF or blog post on how I take and edit my photos on a phone and edit them let me know in the comments or email me at

I look forward to hearing from you!

Been anywhere nice lately? Let me know so I can check out new perfect locations! If your suggestion gets featured in a post I will of course include you in the post with a mention.
